<p>Ms. Trubkina is a graduate of the Moscow Technical Institute (MIIT), where she majored in economics. She had a long tenure as the Chief of the Financial Department at the scientific organization, Pribor, and was the chief of the financial department for one of the leading committees of the Ministry of Agricultural Machinery Construction. She also worked for seven years as the chief accountant for Coopers and Lybrand, one of the world's leading auditing firms. Ms. Trubkina has worked as the head accountant of the Russian Microfinance Center since September 2003.
