Ms. Khusainova graduated from the Moscow Economics and Statistics Institute, where she majored in economic cybernetics.
In 1994 she took part in the Australian Training Program for Europe and Asia (APTEA) and also went on to study for an MBA. As head of the Laboratory of Economics Training of the USSR Ministry of Aviation Industry, she provided economics training for aviation industry personnel.
Since 1991 she has worked for various organizations specializing in training and consulting. From 2000 - 2002 Ms. Khusainova was director of corporate finance and management consulting for NIKoil.
She has extensive experience in developing effective management procedures and in training adults. She took an active part in the creation of a network of business schools in various regions of Russia and provided support for these schools as part of the Morozov Project, a project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Ms. Khusainova has developed and implemented various training programs on financial management and management consulting and organized placements for representatives of regional authorities, entrepreneurs, instructors and consultants from training and business centers. She has been with the RMC since August 2003.
