In 1991 Ms. Zakarzhevskaya graduated from the Higher Komsomol School at the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. From 1992 to 1994 she was the adviser of the Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Russian Youth Association who was managing the programs of preparing and training young entrepreneurs and development of business incubators net. From 1994 to 2004 Yelena worked as a leading Consultant of Consulting Department at the Russian Agency for Small and Medium Business Support. Since 2004 Ms. Zakarzhevskaya has worked in the Russian Microfinance Center as a Training Coordinator. She provides information, logistic and technical support during the training process.
