She graduated the Karakalpak State University and obtained the economist specialty. She has about seven year microfinance experience. From 2003 till 2005 she worked as Financial Analyst in Microleasing Subcomponent of Innovative Tools of Improving Living Standards in Karakalpakstan Project funded by Asian Development Bank. From 2005 till 2006 she occupied the position of Assistant to Coordinator in sustainable Income Generation Project implemented by United Nation Development Programme in Uzbekistan. In 2006 she was appointed to the position of Coordinator for Association of MFIs Development Project (MTA) implemented by Northwest Medical Teams with support of USAID funds. In October 2007 she was appointed to the position of Regional Coordinator of the Network of MFI Associations of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Simultaneously, in 2008 she occupied the position of Executive Director of National Association of Microcredit Organizations and Credit Unions of Uzbekistan.
She participated in development of draft laws on Microfinance and on Microcredit Organizations, regulations for microcredit organizations. Jointly with UNDP she succeeded to lobby the creation of favorable tax system for microcredit organizations. As a result Microcredit organizations received the same tax privileges as commercial banks did. Additionally, starting January 2008 the Microcredit organizations were exempted from income tax for three years.
She is a winner of several City and Republican Mathematical Olympiads in Uzbekistan. Also she is a winner of the Best Business Plan nomination in Republican Competition conducted by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
