In 2007 Ms. Gushchina graduated from the law department of the Kazan State University where she specialized in law. From October 2007 till March 2009 she worked at the Russian Microfinance Center as an Office Manager. Since April 2009 she has been working at the Russian Microfinance Center as a lawyer.
