Maria joined the Russian Microfinance Center as the Training and Consulting Director in August 2009. Prior to that she worked at the Training and Development department of the Intel Corporation. Maria holds a Specialist's Diploma in International Relations from the Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Maria is an alumna of the Edmund Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program. She speaks English and German.
