Specialized microfinance software is becoming more and more popular among MFIs. As compared to regular Excel spreadsheet, microfinance software is designed to monitor the dynamics of a microfinance organization. Due to the number of different legal forms of MFIs, their size and types of activities, there is no standardized software that would answer the needs of all MFIs.

This section contains information on microfinance software products available to Russian MFIs. The RMC is currently representing the interests of three microfinance software developers: the Voronezh Fund for SME support; the consumer credit cooperative, Sodeystviye, and Crystal Clear Software.
