This new four-day training "Personnel Management in MFIs" has been developed by the experts at the Russian Microfinance Center. The development of this training has been supported by Citigroup Inc. The training provides materials on the peculiarities of Personnel Management in MFIs, personnel administration, psychological aspects of Personnel Management. The systems aimed at motivation of various types of co-workers (loan officers, cashiers, accountants, lawyers, etc.) are developed during the training. The training "Personnel Management in MFIs" will result in a Personnel Policy for their own organization worked out by the participants of the training.
